Floor Plans &
Blue Prints
Our standard plans can be customized. We can also help you design a unique place that matches your needs. Basic blueprints for a small house are $500. You can make revisions to these plans at no cost. Full specifications, needed for actual construction, are part of the final purchase price
Construction
Site Visits
We design homes to match the construction site. We need to check out the construction site in advance. We’re always there at delivery. Your general contractor is the leader during construction. We’re also on site, as needed through the process, to help in any way
ABOUT US
Our family has lived in Ward Cedar Log Homes since the 1960s. When we were young, we did much of our own log-building and finishing. Later, we built two more family log homes. Our kids were part of the process. In the year 2000, we retired from our careers and became log home representatives. About ten years ago, we added two quality sister companies, Northeastern Log Homes and Classic Post & Beam, to our portfolio. Recently, Don passed away and our son Marcus has joined the business. We see people in our show home. Jane focuses on the design and blueprints. Marcus is great at design embellishments and does a lot of the construction site visits. We can help your process in so many ways. We know builders, bankers and all kinds of craftsmen. We’re located in Connecticut, but our clients have built throughout New England.
